Sterrehof’s Calimero brilliant in Salzburg

Our number 1 duo delivered another brilliant performance, this time in the Grand Prix of the CSI4* Salzburg. Sterrehof’s Calimero showed some true jumping power in the first round of the main show competition in the Austrian city and was able to stay convincingly clear. In the jump-off Marc attacked the leading time and succeeded in his mission by producing another and this time also very quick clear round with Calimero. At the end it wasn’t enough for the victory that nevertheless remained in Dutch hands as Gerco Schröder and his Glock’s London took the lead in the final part of the finale.

Special year

The result in Salzburg means that Marc and Calimero have scored this year seven(!) top three finishes in an equal amount of appealing Grands Prix, including two victories. When you take also their national Dutch title and the victory in the FEI Nations Cup final into account you can understand that we won’t soon forget the special year 2017.
